We're offering a fully-cooked, rotisserie turkey! The same Amish-raised fresh turkeys are dry-brined for 24 hours with our special rub and roasted to perfection. Our roast turkeys are fully cooked and simply need to be reheated or served room temperature to enjoy (see Serving Instructions below).
Add Farmstand Stuffing Kit ($30) - Everything you need to make delicious, homemade stuffing for 10-12 people is included. The kit has stock, caramelized onions, cubed, crusty bread (from Amy's of course!) and classic sage sausage. It even comes with foolproof instructions for quick assembly and cooking.
Add Giblet Gravy ($20) - One quart of classic turkey gravy (enough for 10-12 servings) made from scratch right here in our kitchen. Our gravy is rich, smooth and - best of all - done before the bird even goes in the oven.
2016 Menu - Sides & Accoutrements
Size - 12-14lbs. You're Roast Turkey will not be less than 12 lbs, but we cannot guarantee exact sizing due to bird-to-bird variations and cooking loss.
Pick-up - All pick-up orders will be available at our Chelsea Market location during regular business hours. Please select pick-up Tuesday, November 22nd or Wednesday, November 23rd at checkout.
Room Temperature/Cold - Simply remove from refrigerator 3 hours before service, then slice and serve!
Hot - Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Gently reheat the turkey in a 325 F oven for approximately 10 to 15 minutes per pound (2-2.5hours).
Stuffing - Our roasted turkeys should not be stuffed while reheating as it will limit airflow and cause your bird to dry out. Stuffing should be prepared separately.
