The same freshly killed, Amish-Raised turkeys are dry-brined for 24 hours with our special rub, and smoked over apple and cherry woods. Our smoked turkeys are fully cooked and simply need to be reheated for service (or served room temp if you prefer). See Heating Instructions Below.
Add Farmstand Stuffing Kit ($30) -Everything you need to make delicious, homemade stuffing for 10-12 people is included. The kit has stock, caramelized onions, cubed, crusty bread (from Amy's of course!) and classic sage sausage. It even comes with foolproof instructions for quick assembly and cooking.
Chris' Giblet Gravy ($20) -One quart of classic turkey gravy (enough for 10-12 servings) made from scratch right here in our kitchen. Our gravy is rich, smooth and - best of all - done before the bird even goes in the oven.Size -12-14lbs. (Note - You're Smoked Turkey will not be less than 12 lbs, but we cannot guarantee exact size due to bird-to-bird variations and cooking-loss).
Our turkeys come from Amish Farms in Lancaster, PA. The birds are brought live to a small NJ facility each morning and are slaughtered for us by Goffle Rd Poultry Farm to ensure freshness and quality. Barn-raised (cage free) without the use of hormones or antibiotics and fed a purely vegetarian diet, you won't think twice about ditching frozen supermarket turkeys ever again.
