Grill Masters!
Have a grill but don't want to spend your party stuck behind it?  Let our grill experts stock, cook and serve for you!  We'll help you pick out the perfect selection of meats and sides within any budget.  Plus-  any proteins we don't used we'll vacuum pack and put in your freezer for the next time you decide to fire up the grill.

In Store Events!
Is your summer party becoming a little tired and repetitive?  Mix it up by having it in a butcher shop (plus, we've got great AC)!  Let us plan an in-store tasting, dinner or private class in our Chelsea Market store for your celebration!  We can accommodate up to 12 people for 'sit-down' dinners and up to 40 for cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres. 

Let us Come To You!
Our new mobile cart is perfect for your company's celebration. Indoor or outdoor, we bring the party to you with all of the Dickson's Classics (Hot Hogs, Pulled Pork, Sloppy Joe, BBQ Beef...). It's even got a cute umbrella!

Meat Plates!
We're happy to put together meat boards and charcuterie plates for any budget (and taste) with a selection of our house made pates, rillettes, cured/smoked meats and pickles!

Rotisserie Chickens!
Our rotisserie chicken was just ranked by New York Magazine as THE BEST IN THE CITY!   If you're looking for a casual lunch or dinner delivered to your office, our boxed chicken meals are perfect. Each order comes with a half chicken and two sides. Up to 120 orders can be delivered day or night.

About Dickson's Farmstand Meats

Dickson's Farmstand is a neighborhood butcher shop in Chelsea Market offering artisanal meats and house-made charcuterie. Our beef, pork, lamb, and poultry are sourced from small, family farms in upstate New York that are carefully handpicked for their humanely-raised, high-quality animals. We proudly share with you the stories of our farmers and their practices. Our charcuterie is made in-house by chef, David Schuttenburg, and his team. Honoring tradition and the values of our shop, we make all of our products from the same whole animals from which we cut our steaks and chops. We strive to use every part of every animal - from nose-to-tail. All of our meat is raised without added hormones, prophylactic antibiotics, or animal by-products - and is always 100% feedlot/CAFO free.
