The Birds

Fresh Turkey!
Our turkeys come from Amish Farms in Lancaster, PA.  The birds are brought to Goffle Road Poultry Farm in Wyckoff, NJ, and slaughtered for us each morning to ensure freshness and quality.  Barn-raised (cage free) without the use of hormones or antibiotics and fed a purely vegetarian diet, you won't think twice about ditching frozen supermarket turkeys for this bird.

Smoked Turkey!
Back by popular demand, we're offering a fully-cooked, smoked turkey!  The same freshly killed, Amish-Raised turkeys are dry-brined for 24 hours with our special rub, and smoked over apple and cherry woods.  We're thrilled to bring you the Best Smoked Turkey On The Planet!  Check out our features in NY Magazine & NY Times.

Roast Turkey! *NEW*
NEW for 2016, we're offering a fully-cooked, rotisserie turkey!   The same freshly killed, Amish-Raised turkeys are dry-brined for 24 hours with our special rub, and then roasted to perfection. Think of it as the Thanksgiving version of the delectable rotisserie chickens you enjoy year round.

NEW for 2016, we're thrilled to offer the KellyBronze Turkey!  These pasture-raised, heritage birds are slowly & carefully raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains before being slaughtered, hand-plucked and then hung for 7+ days. There is no other turkey grown and processed like this anywhere in the USA.
