Rich and deeply flavored, geese are a special treat we do just once a year! For Christmas 2020 our geese come from Amish Farms in Lancaster, PA.  The birds are brought to Goffle Road Poultry Farm in Wyckoff, NJ, and slaughtered for us each morning to ensure freshness and quality.  Sizes range from 10-12 lbs.

Deposit- We charge you a deposit to reserve online. We'll settle up for the difference (actual weight x price/lbs - deposit) at pickup (or by phone before shipping).
