We're offering a Dry-Brined, Ready-To-Roast 1/2 Spatchcocked Turkey!
Our Amish-raised fresh turkeys, split in half, then dry-brined for 48 hours with our special rub.
Simply pop in the oven & roast @ 400 degrees for 1.5 hours (approx), rest, slice & serve!
Our turkeys come from Amish Farms in Lancaster, PA. The birds are brought live to a small NJ facility each morning and are slaughtered for us by Goffle Road Poultry Farm to ensure freshness and quality. Barn-raised (cage free) without the use of hormones or antibiotics and fed a purely vegetarian diet, you won't think twice about ditching frozen supermarket turkeys ever again.
