CHILI & STAR ANISE BEEF JERKY

 A little hot, a little sweet and very meaty! The liberal use of chili flakes gives the jerky a nice kick that is balanced by the sweetness of the star anise and Asian-inspired marinade.

As with all our jerky, we start with lean cuts of local, naturally-raised beef that we hand slice, season and dehydrate in small batches for big, beefy flavor!
