Back by popular demand, we're offering a fully-cooked, smoked turkey! This year our birds will be smoked in partnership with our friends at Blue Smoke. As featured in New York Magazine & The New York Times, the same Amish-raised fresh turkeys are dry-brined for 24 hours with our special rub and smoked over apple and cherry woods.
Our smoked turkeys are fully cooked and need to be reheated or simply enjoyed room temperature (see Serving Instructions below).

Payment - We charge a fixed price for cooked (smoked & roasted) turkeys of $180.00
2017 Sides & Accoutrements
Add Giblet Gravy ($20) - One quart of classic turkey gravy (enough for 10-12 servings) made from scratch right here in our kitchen. Our gravy is rich, smooth and - best of all - done before the bird even goes in the oven.
Room Temperature/Cold - Simply remove from refrigerator 3 hours before service, then slice and serve!
Hot - Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Gently reheat the turkey in a 325 F oven for approximately 10 to 15 minutes per pound (2-2.5hours).
Stuffing - Our roasted turkeys should not be stuffed while reheating as it will limit airflow and cause your bird to dry out. Stuffing should be prepared separately.
