Spicy Soppressata Salami (House Made)

House-made classic Calabrian-style pork salami made with Berkshire pork from Sir William Farm in Craryville, NY.  Seasoned with Calabrian chilies, oregano, and fennel.

Store in the refrigerator wrapped in paper to avoid drying out.
