'Nduja Spreadable Salami (House Made)

Famously-fiery spreadable pork salami from Calabria; seasoned with lots of chilies, garlic and spices.  Similar in style to the Spanish Sobrasada - but spicy! Spread on toast or crackers or even add to pasta dishes and sauces to add a rich, smokey heat.
